Questions about the library, a guide, or Love a Caregiver go to the same place.

Downloads and refunds

Checkout, receipts and file delivery are handled by Payhip, a secure payment page. SAGE never sees your card. Right after you pay, Payhip emails you a receipt and a download link, and the same link is on the page it shows you. Each guide can be downloaded twice. Save the file somewhere you will find it the first time: your phone, a cloud drive, your email to yourself.

If a download did not arrive: check the spam folder for a message from Payhip, then email hello@sagethecaregiver.com with the name on the order and I will send the file to you myself, usually the same day.

No refunds on guides. They are digital files; once the link is opened the guide is yours, and there is nothing to send back. Read the Library page for a guide before you pay, because it says exactly what is inside. If a file is broken, will not open, or is the wrong one, it is replaced, usually the same day: email with the name on the order.

What you bought: every receipt names the guide and the version. The Library page for each guide says exactly what is inside before you pay.

Shipping, cancellation and damage

The only physical things SAGE mails are caregiver kits and hand-dressed candles.

Caregiver kits are mailed to caregivers on the list, within the United States, in the order they were sponsored. A sponsor does not receive a box; the caregiver does. Sponsors are told by email when the box they paid for has gone out. The count of boxes sent and waiting is on the Love a Caregiver page and is updated by hand.

Dressed candles are prepared one at a time. The processing time, the shipping area, the shipping cost and the price are all stated on the candle page before you pay. You can cancel any time before your candle is worked by emailing the address above. Because each one is prepared for one person, there are no refunds once it ships. If it arrives broken, send a photo within seven days and a new one is prepared at no charge.

Accessibility and help using the house

Every room in the house works with a keyboard: Tab moves between the things you can touch, Enter opens them, Escape closes anything that is open. Every room also has a plain list of what is in it, for anybody who would rather not hunt for the lights on the photographs, and the whole house exists in plain writing at sagethecaregiver.com/words. If your device asks for less motion, the house gives you less motion. If something does not work for you, email and say what happened and what you were using; it gets fixed.
